Our mission is for more women-identifying and non-binary stand-up comics to advance their careers! The Crow (owned and operated by Nicole Blaine) and LOCA (Ladies of Comedy Association) are curating a fresh topshelf lineup of comics to showcase for industry executives three times a year. After holding monthly audition mics, we have ultimately selected TV ready comics to perform for late night bookers, network execs, club bookers, agents, and managers. We want to make it easier for industry execs to find talent and help create connections and opportunities for more women. Thank you for sharing and supporting this common goal!

We are creating a comedy scene that is rooted in impact. Activism, at its core, is good storytelling.

Tomorrow’s Ladies of Late Night are ready to take the stage.

Meet Nthenya, a dynamic force in comedy with a cynical mind and an extroverted persona. She masterfully blends observational humor with thoughtful reflections, leaving audiences in a delightful quandary: is this deeply profound, or is this a playful commentary on our collective shallowness? As an immigrant, her humor draws from the reality of navigating life in different places, capturing the essence of being both an insider and an outsider.
